Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, business name, type of business, property or project location, the services you're interested in, your timeline and your message. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical information such as your IP address to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you book, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers who process information on our behalf: our website and database hosting provider, Resend (to send enquiry notification emails), and Picot Social (the agency that builds and maintains this website, which receives a copy of enquiries to make sure the form is working). Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address. We never sell your information. Some providers may process data outside the UK, where appropriate safeguards apply.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after we last hear from you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it as part of our business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email thenorthframe15@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
